Yesterday a delivery of table and chairs arrived at our office and unfortunately the lift was broken. Over the years I have become used to delivery men telling me that they are not able to carry boxes up 5 flights of stairs. I can't say I blame them. I was pleasantly suprised yesterday when the guys delivering the furniture didn't even hesitate to walk up 5 flights of stairs with all the furniture. Talk about going the extra mile.
Finally I have found the staff at the Barn very efficient right from my first phone call. I found ordering over the phone easy the staff helpful in helping me to pick what I wanted and I am really pleased with the furniture.

I wish to advise you of the excellent customer service I received from David at your North Sydney store today.
I own a business located in Lane Cove and late yesterday afternoon a chair used in my shop broke. I Googled your site and spoke to David this morning at your warehouse in Artarmon as I needed a replacement asap.
David advised he would be able to supply me with the chair I required and offered to have it delivered within one hour as I was not able to visit the warehouse due to staffing issues today.
My drafting chair arrived approx 45mins later and I arranged payment by credit card.
This was fantastic customer service and I hope David is rewarded for his skills. I know I will be telling all my contacts to call him when they need any Office Furniture.

The service we received from Office Barn has been wonderful. Tyson was particularly helpful in making our initial order and ensuring delivery was scheduled to suit us.
The staff at Artarmon and in dispatch were very helpful in ensuring a last minute addition to our order was included in the already scheduled delivery.
Furthermore the delivery arrived within the time range we were told!
I ordered some Brownbuilt accessories and these were for some reason delayed to be dispatched. Upon learning this, I contacted the Granville branch and spoke to Robert and mentioned that I needed these urgently. He kindly offered to investigate. Just wanted to thank Tyson for his most friendly and efficient attention when I called into the store at 3pm last sunday, he spend a lot of time showing me the remaining 2nd hand stock. and he gave me full written details of the new available stock. and showed me the samples... I was very disappointed that the stock I had come for was already sold.
